Quantitative Research and Relational Database Reporting

For a number of years FDS has conducted client satisfaction research for BT Complete, a unit of BT which provides project management services to major organizations.

Interviews take place at project completion or at an interim stage. Individual customised reports are produced monthly/ quarterly from a relational database designed and managed by the FDS Data Intelligence Team.
