Employee Attitude Research
What do our employees think?…
Recognising the impact of a company's human interface with its customers, FDS can help identify what motivates staff and boosts morale internally.
Our involvement ranges from long-term company health monitoring to tactical studies of specific issues such as training or uniform design. We are also experienced in evaluating the impact and success of internal communications.
Employee attitude research is an area where ‘multi-mode’ research approaches using online and postal methods in particular can be very effective.
In early 2007 FDS released its’ report ‘What Workers’ Want: A Worldwide Study of Attitudes to Work and Work-Life Balance’. This global study, carried out in conjunction with IriS partners in 23 countries, examined attitudes to work amongst close to 14,000 employees. “Amongst the piles of glossy publications which reach my desk, it
is a pleasure to find one which gets its message across so clearly in
less than ten minutes' reading -- and with well-presented statistics to
back up the points made.”
Andrew Kennon,
Secretary of the House of Commons Commission
