We have particular skills in helping our clients optimise communication at the detailed level – improving impact and understanding through design and content in print (press ads, leaflets, direct mail, brochures, forms), telephone (call steering, IVR, call centre scripts) and on line (website usability testing, website transparency).
As media fragmentation increases we are also increasingly working with clients on examining multiple media approaches and solutions to delivering the right message, to the right audience, using their preferred communication channel.
