Our Research Solutions

Bring me solutions not data…

We have a broad scope, but play to our strengths, matching our project teams to the requirements of the job. We devise tailored solutions, making use of both qualitative and quantitative techniques - not off-the-shelf products designed to meet someone else's needs.

Skilled analysis ensures that your voice is reflected accurately, and recommendations are formulated within the context of the business problem. Deliverables are clear, well presented, and always designed to fit your needs. Just as important as selecting the right methodology, we build the right relationships.

We specialise in research that makes a real contribution to improving customer satisfaction. Our CompariSat® database helps our clients benchmark the performance of their organisation against best practice within their market and against leaders in other markets.

If your research project has an International dimension we also have a solution for you. In mid-2006 FDS replaced MORI as UK representative on IriS, a global network of independent research organizations. We have already completed a number of projects in conjunction with our Iris partners.

New leadership under Munro Global means that we can also bring added-value Consultancy elements to our solutions. Where appropriate to your project, our senior team, at both the Munro and FDS levels, bring many years of cross-industry strategic, tactical and operational experience to bear in adding context and appropriate insights from secondary data sources to our deliverables.

“Amongst the piles of glossy publications which reach my desk, it is a pleasure to find one which gets its message across so clearly in less than ten minutes' reading -- and with well-presented statistics to back up the points made.”

Andrew Kennon,
Secretary of the House of Commons Commission
