Sheila Carey

Sheila Carey, Group Resource Director, is responsible, with her experienced team, for the efficient running of Munro Operations. Comprising three Telecentres in London, High Wycombe and Newcastle, a team of face-to-face project managers supporting our acefieldwork business and specialists in online and international research, Sheila’s expertise underpins much of our work.

A superb people manager, she has vast experience of telephone interviewing and has worked closely with our IT team to keep our Operations Unit offer the leading edge in terms of technology and facilities.

Managing both business-to-business and consumer teams in terms of CATI delivery, Sheila has experience in working on large-scale continuous surveys and a wide variety of ad-hoc projects, across all of our key industry sectors. Sheila also plays a pivotal role in the implementation of quality standards was instrumental in the development of our recognised interviewer and supervisor training programmes.

Sheila joined FDS in 1984 and is a past committee member of the Telephone Interviewers Group and current supporter of TLG, the recognised voice for telephone interviewing within the MRS.

Sheila is a full member of the Market Research Society.
