All modes of transport are covered - buses, trains, planes, tubes and ferries.

We have had a long-standing relationship with London Transport, which has involved us with both London Underground and London Buses, researching initiatives from cleaning to communications.

We are also increasingly undertaking research in the rail sector covering various aspects of service delivery from communication on planned disruptions through to mystery shopping pricing and quality standards on board trains.

More generally our research has encompassed:

• traffic flow throughput studies for others in the transport sector;
  
• on-board research on buses, trains and ferries;
  
• exit interviews among airport passengers and in the main railway termini.
