Quantitative Business Research & Sophisticated Reporting

Since August 2001 FDS has carried out continuous tracking research amongst employers who have placed a vacancy with Jobcentre Plus. Over 5,000 telephone interviews are conducted with employers each month. Results for key performance indicators are analysed by the FDS Business Research Team and summarised at national, regional and district level.

The FDS Data Intelligence Team have developed sophisticated relational databases to capture data and from these produce the reporting required to track the Jobcentre Plus service level measures. These help districts to quickly address customer issues and raise service levels.
