BT Retail Choose FDS to Measure Team Performance

In order to ensure consistent high quality service to their customers, the BT Retail Project Management Team is working with FDS to measure and track performance and customer satisfaction. Historically performance has been measured through the use of self completion questionnaires sent out to customers on completion of a major project and reasonable response rates have been achieved. The new wave of research aims to improve the detail, quality and the value of the customer feedback.

Research will be carried out at FDS’ Newcastle telecentre by experienced, specialist business researchers over a 6 month period.

This replicates elements of similar studies already carried out by FDS for other Project Management Teams at BT.
