FDS & British Gas Look at Ways to Save

Over the past 18 months, FDS has been working with British Gas to develop their customer magazine 'Ways to Save'. This quarterly publication contains all sorts of useful advice and guidance on how to save energy and provides news and latest developments in the world of clean, green living.

Using a mixture of both qualitative and quantitative research, FDS has helped develop the publication since its inception. We now track the performance of the magazine measuring KPIs including recall, engagement and action taken by customers as a result of reading it.

FDS are proud to continue to be associated with British Gas and the Ways to Save magazine.
