Serco and FDS Add Fifth Tracker Study

Long-time FDS client Serco runs an innovative business model that places independent resident research at the heart of its relationship with local councils. Serco deliver a range of environmental services for councils including refuse and recycling collection, street cleansing, landscaping and maintenance of bring centres (tips)

Local residents' satisfaction with environmental services is tracked by FDS and data is fed back to Serco, the councils, and management teams on the ground to help raise standards across the board.

We are delighted to announce that a fifth tracking study is now being added to the Serco account at Mid Suffolk and Babergh. With several more contracts also in the pipeline, we look forward to strengthening our relationship with Serco over the coming year.
