FDS to Profile Wagamama Diners

FDS is pleased to announce the beginning of a new relationship with Japanese cuisine specialist, Wagamama.

In order to understand changes in customer dining, FDS is developing a research tool for the Wagamama restaurant chain to measure habitual changes over time.

Known for their innovative and flexible approach to consumer research, FDS will investigate key drivers behind the decision to visit a Wagamama outlet; and create customer profiles to measure and track changing patterns and preferences.

FDS will utilise a multi-modal approach to this research, employing both online research and face to face interviewing.
