Charlotte Cornish Speaks out on Green Research
Charlotte Cornish, COO of FDS parent company Munro Global, will be speaking at the Green Consumer conference, demonstrating examples of environmental best practice to engage employees and cut costs; drawing on experience with current clients and The Sunday Times Best Green Companies Award.
This one day conference, held in central London on 19th November, focuses on insights to drive ROI and environmental brand positioning.
Following the success of The Sunday Times Best Green Companies Award 2008, which Munro Global conducted the research for, Charlotte will be discussing how to engage employees with corporate green policies, and the impact of environmental initiatives on the bottom line.
Joining Charlotte will be Richard Caseby, Managing Editor of The Sunday Times; and Julian Atkinson, Managing Director of J C Atkinson and Son. As the overall winner of the Best Green Companies Award 2008, Julian will be providing insights in to how his business has been affected by this achievement.
Discussing the award from a research perspective, Charlotte will focus on a number of factors, including:
- The Green Score algorithm: how did Munro compare scores from diverse companies – from financial services to coffin builders
- Marketing opportunism vs. altruism: are companies walking the walk or just talking the talk
