Face-to-face and Mystery Shopping

acefieldwork, (www.acefieldwork.co.uk) a division of FDS, is co-located in our head office building. The dedicated management team scopes out and plans projects before handing over delivery and execution to an experienced fieldwork project management team within the Operations Unit. We run a field force of 800 interviewers, supervised by 12 regional managers. All fieldworkers are trained to above IQCS standard and undertake in-home, street, exit and hall-based interviews.

We also have a nationwide panel of over 400 mystery shop transactors, trained to understand the sensitivity and accuracy required in this important sector.
